And having the confidence to place a booking, in these uncertain times, are at everyone's concern; a tad bit annoyance, specially while one is looking ahead to take the challenge of a Himalayan adventure. We, at Trekalayan DestinAsians, are doing all we can to reassure your confidence so that you can look ahead to your much-needed big holiday. 

OUR CREDENTIALS

Trekalayan DestinAsians is registered with the Office of Company Registrar, Government of Nepal, with the Registration No. 277691. We are authorized (Agent License No. 2887) with Nepal Tourism Board, Department of Industry, and Nepal Rastra Bank, the Central Bank of Nepal. We are recognized by Trekking Agents Association of Nepal, the body of governor, who regulates the policies, welfare and safety of the trekking regions, travellers, tourism partners and trek staff. 

OUR FLEXIBILTY

The Himalaya is anything but stable. The unpredictable forces that influence the Great Mountains also seem to parallel the way travellers plan their big adventures - mostly breaming with enthusiasms, but at times a bit concern. Keeping that in our mind, we understand that the Himalaya do demand the respect of flexibility. 

You can hold a place in our departure without a deposit while you make up your mind, until before 90 Days prior to our starting dates. However, if your trip involves internal flights, we may have to issue your air tickets before the deadline offered by the airlines, which can be before the 90 days period. The same can also be requested by the hotels and lodges needing to confirm your accommodations. In such scenarios, we will request you to release the relevant costs and get back to you with the confirmation within a week. 

We will get in touch with you before the ‘90 Days prior to our starting dates’ deadline to inform you the status of your trip, and, unless we say otherwise, we request you to release the final/full payment. Credit card payment attracts additional 3.5% fee. Please keep in mind, we accept the payment from travellers’ account only. Bank SWIFT/Wire Transfer fees are to be borne by the traveller. Please do not purchase your international airfares until your participation on the trip is confirmed by us. 

EXTENSIONS AND UPGRADES

Our Extensions and Upgrades policy allows you to make changes to your trip until 30 Days prior to our starting dates, subject to availability. Internal air tickets and accommodations, if available, will require immediate confirmations, which will require you to release the additional balances at the earliest. Cancellation of air tickets will be as per the rules and regulations of the concerned airlines. Unless, we say otherwise, your changes, extensions and upgrades are not to be taken as confirmed. 

NO ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION 

Once you have confirmed your booking with us by releasing your full payment, there will be no change to the price of your holiday, regardless of fluctuations in costs, exchange rates or fuel prices. Any additional costs incurred, and applied, will be due to changes, extensions and upgrades requested by you. 

OUR CONCERNS

Again, let us rephrase that the Himalaya is anything but predictable. We highly recommend that you purchase a trip cancellation insurance, and a flexible fare when booking your international flight. Trekalayan DestinAsians reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including due unforeseeable acts not within our control (natural disasters, war, Government regulations, strikes, etc), or logistical problems that may impede trip operations. It is best you are informed that the internal flights in Nepal are shuttle flights which often sees long delays and even outright cancellations due weather and safety issues. Trekalayan DestinAsians will use our best effort to operate your trip, however, it is the responsibilities of the trip members to insure their travel against any disruptions and cancellations.
